Document Processor - Temp to Hire

Citibank Lockbox | $18.00/hour

We're hiring Document Processors to join our Citibank Lockbox team! This is a great opportunity to build experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment-with paid training and potential for performance-based raises.

Available Schedules

1st Shift

• 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday

Weekend Shift (4-Day Workweek!)

• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Thursday - Sunday or Saturday - Tuesday

About the Role

As a Document Processor, you will review and audit documents and applications, create electronic files, and perform data entry using the latest technology. Accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency are key to success in this role.

Requirements

• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Good Communication skills fluency in English
• Ability to read cursive
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
• Reliable attendance
• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED considered with relevant experience
• Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background screening
